01 / A card that puts you in control
The proposed offer covers early access to the biometric card programme and the app features specified in your chosen tier. Features are still in development. Card issuance requires an authorised partner, eligibility checks and applicable approvals. Banking-partner discussions are ongoing; no agreement is signed.
02 / A clear launch checkpoint
Our target launch date is 1 January 2027—not a guaranteed delivery date. If the card programme has not launched by then, paid early customers may request a refund, processed within 30 working days of the request. Refunds will also be available if launch is cancelled. This policy will form part of the final purchase terms before payments open.
03 / Protection without impossible promises
Biometric checks, card controls and security alerts are planned tools to help you manage risk. They do not guarantee fraud prevention, reimbursement or loss protection. Early access is not a deposit, investment, insurance policy or approval for a financial product.
